The public needs to know when the advertising is deceptive. We were intrigued and thrilled to see the Four FREE offers made available when we booked our second cruise in the Haven.

We still enjoy the Haven level offered on the Norgewian Breakaway. The extra service, the exclusive Haven dining room with excellent cuisine, the separate outdoor lounging areas, the daily treats delivered to our room are all part of special luxuries that helps to separate you from the 5000 plus passengers on board. Right from the terminal where we walked past the throngs in a separate line to a separate Haven room with treats and coffee and then escorted personally to the Haven lounge on board, every effort was made to make us feel special. You can even enjoy an exclusive Haven line for disembarking, saving at least 30-45 minutes lining up with the hordes.

Now here are some of the fine prints from the FREE offers.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BC

In the Haven level you enter a spacious state room with a large Jacuzzi bathtub right next to the table set with flowers, sweets and a bottle of Champagne and water cooling on ice. There is a nice coffee maker with a selection of pods available. Those are FREE. The King bed is very comfortable although pillows need upgrading from the floppy ones available. We brought the chairs in from the balcony since there were no chairs to sit around the small table. The small two seater lounger was small, soft and faced away from the TV.
