We booked this cruise as part of a 50 strong friends and neighbors group. Oasis of the Seas has been reassigned to our local port. Both the ship and cruise port have some adjustments to make. Traffic patterns and signage definitely need improvement; and this is a new terminal! The ship itself is nice enough. The venues are good. Main Restaurant is typical cruise fair but our waiter and assistant were exceptional. Make sure you have reservations for shows and allow plenty of time to get to show locations. Dinner in Park 150 was an exceptional experience. Thank you Oleksandr for your attentive unobtrusive service to every detail. The shows were excellent and cruise director Drew was entertainment in and of himself. Shore excursion on St Thomas definitely needs improvement. Local signage and directions were poor. Dance floors are small, floors sticky and music loud. Disembarkation was a disaster. Not only was immigration and customs backed up beyond belief but the ship decided that once all luggage was set up, an announcement was made that the remainder of passengers could leave. Big mistake! We were number 42 and everyone from about 39 - 53 tried to leave together. Come on guys, let's be real!
Dominic was an excellent cabin steward. The cabin was typical D7 far, far away from elevators and steps. Such a long corridor!
Poor signage once off ship. Local tour guides gave conflicting meeting points. Too many cruisers looking for their assigned tours at one time
