Cabin: Promenade Stateroom

Cabin #7595-Promenade room was very clean and I liked having the ambiance of the window seat & the black out curtains were amazing when trying to rest. Our television was an "upgraded" version & the interactive account was not available. Also, the phone display didn't light up when receiving/making calls. So, when it was dark we didn't know who was calling us.

Dining: MDR service was SLOW.

Embarkation: smooth. We arrived at about noon and got right through the lines with minimal waits.

Cabin Review

Promenade Stateroom

Cabin PR

The cabin was laid out well & I enjoyed having the extra window seat.

I also enjoyed the black out curtain as it made sleeping/resting easier.

We did hear some noise from the promenade, but not as much as I thought there would be. The only night that was frustratingly noisy was the disco night, most especially since the following morning was our early port & we had an early excursion booked.

It took me FOREVER to find the hair dryer in the drawer under the desk/vanity. I didn't even know that drawer was there. The shower had what appeared to be black mold growing in between the wall & the plastic shower enclosure wall. I informed RCI in their post-cruise survey to pay better attention to that since it is a humid area that doesn't get much air & is a concern. However, I don't know how they could clean it without taking out the entire shower enclosure.
