The 5 major areas Princess failed miserably are as follows:

1. EMBARKATION IN TIANJIN: Upon arriving at the Tianjin Pier after the long 4 hour drive from Beijing was total chaos. There was no system for queuing or where we should go after we got off the bus. There was no information on filling Immigration forms & passengers had to re-queue after numerous vague instructions. Total chaotic disorganisation with unskilled & ignorant personnel. Advised not to embark from Tianjin.

2. PORT LECTURES: This was BAD!! There was no port information for Keelung & Hong Kong due to sickness of lecture contractor. The remaining lectures provided were also vague, with more historical information instead of current attractions or local transport modes. Read more
