We chose this cruise because it was going out of Charleston, and we would not have to drive a long distance.
It's an old, small terminal. The process getting on and off went fast.
We visited 3 ports. On 2 of those days, it rained. There were not enough activities planned for the guests. I felt the ship had too many Trivia games, and not enough other things to do.
We made it onto the island. Walked around for a very short time and it started to rain. We got on line for the tender. The hard rain came in on the lower level, and the people on top had to find places to stand below on the lower level too. Every time we hit a large wave the water splashed everyone on either side.
The rain was NOT the fault of the ship or Carnival, but it made for a terrible day.
