So many thoughts on this cruise! Let me preface by saying that I've been on 12 cruises total; most were RCCL but also NCL and Carnival. I've always preferred RCCL, going back to the Sovereign of the Seas days.

Day 1 - embarkation was smooth; we have C&A status which allowed for quick check in.

Dinner this night was basically a disaster. Service was scrambled, we got the wrong drinks multiple times, incorrect entrees, just a mess. Our neighbors complained and the server was very apologetic. Got back to the room and a laundry bag was never delivered; after over an hour of back and forth phone calls, one arrived.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin C1

Lovely cabin! We enjoyed the view right above the park cafe; noise wasn't bad at all and most days the breeze was decent. Don't make the mistake of turning off the master switch as that will also turn off your A/C (oops). Bed was comfortable; pillows were super flat but it wasn't a huge deal. The TV remote doesn't work from the bed which is probably the only annoyance I can find with the room. We would choose this room again in a heartbeat (though it's far from any elevator).
