A great ship and a good value, but do not expect any crew member to ever answer the simplest of questions.An extremely unorganized crew who at best could not run a pay toilet at the county fair. I am being a lot more polite than is warranted and if they can get the staff trained and motivated this will again be a cruise ship to enjoy. I know you cant please everyone and they have a lot of passengers, but I could not believe how some of staff rudely treated passengers. I felt I had to be careful of confronting any staff with an attitude as they all seem to stick together and remember they are serving you food and beverages,and you don,t want eye drops in your wine.The cabin was in need of a pro clean.The public toilets in casino gross.The casino staff(all) very arrogant.The bar staff is very slick,and double billing the Ultimate cards.I never met so many unhappy passengers.Norwegian must be in the process of something, no one in this economy runs a business this way unless they are in the process of selling it.I went on this cruise as a checking point before booking the Barcelona cruise on the Epic, I would not do that after this cruise.
