On boarding the Carnival Fascination I was disappointed, the ship was old and tired, the cabin reminded me of a caravan. The furniture had bits knocked out of it not at all plush as I expected. The food was very good, we chose anytime dining so we could go to dinner between 5:30 and 9:00, sometimes there was a queue but it moved quickly. There were also buffet options which we tried at lunch which were good, we absolutely enjoyed the Mongolian wok which you chose what you wanted and they cooked it there and then, this was our favourite.

The staff were very nice polite and remembered your name. The head waiter in the main restaurant Ramesh, went above and beyond for us, even getting the chef to cook an Indian meal for us after a conversation with him saying how much we enjoyed Indian food. So all in all there was a lot to like but the ship let it down.

the pool area way too small and run down and when too many teenagers are there adults can't enjoy it because of them jumping in which is dangerous. There was an adult area but only had hot tubs which were so hot you couldn't sit in there for long. This hasn't put me off cruising but will look into age of ship etc before booking .

Very old and tired, it reminded me of an old caravan, an old worn shower curtain in shower I was expecting things a little more plush.
