My husband surprised me for my 50th birthday with this cruise combined with 2 nights in Hollywood Beach. We arrived at the port around 11:30 am and checked in with no wait. We waiting about 20 minutes before they started boarding everyone by group numbers. We were on the pool deck with a drink in our hands within an hour of check in. We enjoyed the staff, the entertainment crew, and the size of the boat. They changed our itinerary due to storm damage and upgrades being done to Norwegian's private island. We had no problem with finding something to eat and finding a seat to enjoy it. My husband booked a guaranteed inside room and we were assigned stateroom # 8343. We went to our room around 3 to drop off our stuff and make our way to the sail away party. Our room was very cramped for two of us. We had little space to unpack and decided that some of the items would have to remain in the suitcases! The bathroom was adequate for the time we spent there. We have never booked an inside room with any of the prior cruises and can confidently admit that we will never again, it was too closed in for my taste, bless his heart he tried! We had a fantastic time! I enjoyed getting to know the Cruise Director Tom and his crew, especially Rob, he was great and got lots of people involved in the activities. Always something fun and entertaining going on! We didn't do any activities off ship and enjoyed the all inclusive package! Nice touch Norwegian!!! Honestly can say we will sail with this crew again!
