We wanted a port intensive shorter cruise (i.e. No at sea days) and the Enchantment filled the bill with a long day into night in Nassau.
We booked fairly last minute and got the last jr suite available. The pros were it's good size of both the room and balcony. While not huge, we could at least sit comfortably on the balcony. This cabin has the sometimes dreaded pole. We didn't find this to be a problem. The bath area seemed somewhat newer than the bed and sitting area. Embarkation for this room was quick, first group on, and a priority line.
The cons: the toilet fills slowly but surely, so while you are out you can come dangerously close to an overflow. When we first went to the room there was a wet vac and a huge fan running in the corridor next to our door. Our room was dry and not musty so I don't know if there had been a problem or if they had just done some quick shampooing. The cabin decor is blah..dark green fabrics and old oak woodwork, so it could use an uplifting redo. It was always clean though. Also perhaps a negative is that immigration procedures run by muster station, and since this room is on the very aft end of port side, you'll be in the last muster station group to be called for processing and release to go ashore in Key West. So the first shall be last. It evens out I guess. The pool in the Solarium was closed for noisy clanging maintenance for 3 of the day's. That was a disappointment.
This cabin has the famous pole. It didn't bother us.
This is the largest jr suite we've had. It was plenty of space for 2 of us.
