We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and time we wanted to go. As Princess Captain's Circle members, we were disappointed with the cruise overall.

There were multiple places on the ship where the toilets were not working, one being the ladies room at Skywalkers. In a four stall restroom, only one stall was consistently working. There were a few instances where locks broke on bathroom doors leaving a couple of people locked in for quite awhile before they could get maintenance to come get them out.

The food was just average as well as our waiter, who seemed very disinterested in making us happy. There were very few choices for non seafood eaters...you can only eat so much fettuccine...However, our Head Waiter Luigi, was very accommodating. In Skywalkers, the drinks were not full pours, although the would charge you 10 bucks a drink, and the waiter was argumentative when asked to correct it.

My cabin was fine, although the beds were extremely uncomfortable...lumpy, if you will. Our cabin steward was aces though...although the last night of our cruise the toilets on our section of the ship were not working for a few hours, which was problematic throughout the ship.
