I will be keeping this review short and straight to the point:

VOOM internet: Do not get it and save your money!! I was unable to log in for the majority of the cruise, and the connection speed was awful. I tried to check bandwidth with Speedtest.net, and could not even load the test itself as it was that slow. I even got the surf AND stream package, and could not even load webpages, let alone stream anything. They write on their daily itineraries that there may be "connection issues" due to direction of travel/sail conditions/etc "Sorry for any inconvenience". Pretty much an excuse for the customer getting ripped off.

Drink Packages: We bought the Deluxe Beverage Package. Do not get it. It's not worth it. The basic Soda package is probably better if you drink soda. The Windjammer cafe has tea, coffee, juice, and tap water for free. If you want bottled water, you are limited to 1 bottle per trip, so if you want multiple bottles you will have to make multiple trips to a bar/cafe. Non-alcoholic beverages (Pina colada, strawberry dacqueries, etc) only taste ok. Specialty coffee drinks are not bad, but only available in certain areas (formal dining room, and Cafe Promenade). Evian water is NOT included in this package, and is extra. The price is absurd for what you get in the package.

Cabin Review

Family Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin FO

The cabin itself was very spacious. 1 King bed, 2 bunk beds, and a Sofa Bed. They also provided us with a crib for our small child to sleep in. The carpet and furniture in the room is dated and dirty. Excellent view in our room at the very front of the ship. It was a little rocky some nights, but not too bad. None of us ever got sea-sick. The cleaning crew seemed overworked, and understaffed. During our first night stay we found a half-eaten lollipop under our bed. And the worst was a half-eaten apple behind our phone. We did not notice that until one of our children picked it up. Disgusting. They will not change your sheets to fresh sheets unless you request (even if there are visible stains, food, and filth on the existing sheets). They just make up the bed and re-fold your towels. You can get new towels by leaving your used ones on the floor. They do come in routinely to make up the room, just not very thorough. The rooms provide shampoo/conditioner, and soap for the sink area. There is also a hairdryer in the room. Plenty of storage space for all your belongings. During our cruise, they had 1 channel on the TV dedicated to playing DreamWorks movies which was great for our children. They also had CNN, TBS, TNT, and some other channels.
