We looked forward to this cruise for almost a year and were disappointed.

First the GOOD:

The Koningsdam is new and thus everything is sparkling clean and refreshing. The public rooms and staterooms are spotless, the linens are fluffy the beds/pillows are nice an comfy, and the new dining areas (for a fee and the free alternate sites to main dining) prepare very good food.
