Loud people, rude staff, we were told off in the bar by a surly waiter for lifting a hand to attract his attention. The bar was open too late as at 4.30 in the morning we were awoken by screams and shouts going past the door. The tours were apalling, no organisation on the ship at all, we were always the last off the ship. Then almost at the end of the cruise we had food poisoning, a final insult to a horrendous trip.

The only good thing was the exceptional service at dinner by our waiter and waitress, nothing was too much trouble, the food was good so why we were ill is a mystery.

The cruise is aimed at a specific nationality, we always felt we were not included, we will not be travelling with Pulmantur again, nightmare ! Read more
