Upon reading reviews and being Four Seasons Resorts travelers, we were a bit skeptical. But, we were on a 13 member family cruise planned by a family member, so we were apprehensive.Well, we were pleasently surprised.Getting on the ship was quick and easy. We were in the Suite line and bypassed the registration line(our fault) and got on the ship. They informed us, we had to register and get our room keys. So, i had to go back and get it. The crew let my wife and 2 little kids stay on ship and wait for me(strollers and stuff too). when i returned, they let my family register at the front desk so they didnt have to get off the ship and register where i had just come from.Nice Gesture on their part. Our luggage was up to our room real fast. Our room steward,Cora, was great. She had a crib up there real fast for our 9 month old.Our room butler helped plan the surprise for my mother-in-law of my family and my brother-in-law's family being in our cabin and getting her down to our room. She had no idea we were going on cruise with her.Room was big, enough space for the four of us.they put up a net on the balcony railing so our 4 year old was safe.Beds very comfy.FOOD- The Liberty(one of regular dining rooms) was Great, Beef Tenderloin was Perfect.Service was Great for our table of 13 the first night.  Lazy J Steakhouse food and service was Awesome. Had breakfast and lunch in their couple of times(suite guest).I love scallops, so even though we were in a steakhouse, i decided to try them. Outstanding!  Service was Outstanding, Manager was Outstanding! He even called me by name that night he saw me in another restaurant. Jefferson Bistro was Great. Food was Great and service was Perfect.  Cadillac Diner for my 4 year old was Great too, everyone so friendly. Aloha Cafe(buffet rest.) was Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They were so helpful and friendly. Chefs were great in accomodating our kids. Crew, including cooks and buspeople were Awesome.KIDS CLUB- Unbelievable! Our 4 year old played in their one on one with the crew and with other kids too. He LOVED it.Never wanted to leave. The crew in there were so Warm, Nice and Helpful. Wish we could take them home with us.ACTIVITIES- Great tastings(beer, wine, margaritas, mojitos, etc.) every day. Gold Rush Saloon has sports on TV.Shows were great, including magic and Second City Comedy and singer/piano player in Pink Champaigne Bar.Golf manager was Great. Played twice and everything was perfectly organized. She even threw in rental clubs and shoes one day because it was my birthday.Loved Hilo, Kona(Hawaii) and KuauiLike i mentioned before, we are frequesnt Four Seasons Travelers, but would not hesitate to get back on the Pride ship and sail again, WE LOVED IT.Getting off ship(even though we tried not too) was easy.
