We left Rome and visited several ports in the Mediterranean. They included Malta the Turkish port for Ephesus, Athens and 2 other Greek ports. The most impressive part of the entire journey was our three day visit to Israel. The first day we stopped in the port of Haifa. We visited the city of Nazareth and the sea of Galilee. The next day we moved to the port of Ashdod. We visited Jerusalem, Mount of olives and several other sites including the Western Wall. That night was spent in port. The next day we visited the Dead Sea and Masada.

The time at sea was was wonderful. The restaurant Luminae and Michael's club for cocktails, are reserved for suite guests. They were the highlight of our time at sea. The service and quality of food and drink was superb.

Our Butler's name is Nelson. He could not do enough for us. The port days in Israel started early, so we had breakfast in our room. Nelson was there very early in the morning with our order. He took care of all of our laundry, dry cleaning and other incidentals.
