The Splendor was great. Beautiful ship, very clean. Balcony room was very spacious, with lots of storage. Bed was more comfy than ours at home. Room steward was the best we have ever had, and went above and beyond to make it our home away from home. He always greeted us by name, whenever he saw us. Food was also great, and the dining staff were awesome. We really enjoyed the Brunch on seadays. There were lots of things to do, and the shows at night were very good. Not sure why some people had complaints,(I guess you can't please everyone) as we had none. We had excursions at every port, and also since we had a late flight post-cruise, we realy enjoyed the Everglades excursion. Overall, this was one of our favorite Ships.Word is they will be sending the Splendor to China, and we will be sad to see her go !!!
