Left out of Port of Miami.  Embarkation was simple great cruise terminal in Miami.  I'll break this review down by food, entertainment, and Ports.  To keep things in perspective, ages of travelers were 52, 50, 30, 24, 23, 21.  I'm the 23 y/o and this was my 6th cruise 4th on Carnival.  We sailed to the Eastern Caribbean w/ 2 days at sea (Half Moon Cay, San Juan, St. Thomas, Grand Turk).Food:  Dining room food was very good.  Wait staff was incredibly attentive.  Very funny, entertaining, and extremely kind.  Ordered a cappuchino after dinner on the first night, and every night there after I had a cappuchino w/out having to order.  Buffett was mediocre.  It is what you'd expect on a buffett.  Nothing exceptional.  If it was not breakfast time, it was impossible to find milk (a point that seemed to come up all week!!)  ... Breakfast was probably the most disappointing of the meals as it is very difficult to keep pancakes and waffles "eatable" on a buffett line.  Nonetheless, I'm not a huge breakfast eater so it did not really affect me! ... 24 ice cream is amazing.  We dined at the Supper Club one evening quite an experience.  I would definitely equate it to a fine dining experience (such as Ruth's Chris, Morton's, etc).  The bread that we had there was UNBELIEVABLY good.  Steak was delicious and desserts were slightly obscure but good Bailey's Ice cream was to die for!  I love good food, so this was worth the $30 (NOTE: tipping is not included in that price).  Entertainment:  One good juggler/comedian. That was about it.  We poked our heads into a couple other shows but it was mediocre entertainment at best.  Hypnotist was not funny at all.  Casino staff was amazing.  We enjoying gambling so we spent a fair amount of time in the casino and they were awesome.  Very personable, willing to teach you games if you asked, and extremely attentive (although it does get very crowded at times).  However, it is VERY, VERY smokey!Ports:  First port was Half Moon Cay Gorgeous beach.  Tendering is a bit of a nightmare.  I've done this before, and remembered it to be somewhat time consuming, but it seemed very disjointed this time around.  Never the less, it was an enjoyable day as we spent it in the water!  Nothing else to do here but chill on the beach.  We did not partake in any excursions at this port. Second port was St. Thomas Again, I have been here before and seen Magen's Bay (which really is gorgeous) but we decided to charter a sailboat (not thru the cruise line but thru our own research) and found the "Independence of the Seas" (http://www.independence44.us/) It was an incredible experience!  I would highly, highly recommend it.  Sailed over to Maho Bay where we snorkeled along the rocks, walked on the beach (bugs were bad), and saw HUGE sea turtles.  Overall, a great day (full day sail). Third port was San Juan  Walked around town; 4 of the 6 took an island tour via "taxi bus" and enjoyed it saw the old forts, etc.  Very cool cobblestone streets here.  Very touristy, but nice.  Last port was Grand Turk I have been here before and learned very quickly to find a chair by the pool and enjoy the day.  It was the first gorgeous day we had and the pool water was delightful.  The beach is gorgeous, but I prefer floating in the pool.  Margaritaville is right there along w/ a shopping area very clean, and you are the only people there.  It is an awesome port.  2 of the 6 of us went on a light-tackle fishing excursions caught some fish, but was not overly satisfying (eventually got part of it refunded due to insufficient equipment).  Grand Turk is definitely my favority port. This is the first time I've written a review although it is my 6th cruise so I hope it is somewhat helpful... I am laid back but the noise at night was pretty bad (we were in an IS #6291 and it was pretty much loud every night).  Good cruise, we all had fun...

Cabin Review

In a corridor, lots of space for an Inside Room, Easy access to casino, Golden dining room, Gym, Venetian Palace, but Lots of noise at night from deck 5!
