We are loyal Celebrity cruisers to say the least. This was our third time on the Equinox this year. Overall we had a great time on our cruise. Excellent service by all staff and very good entertainment. Alejandro the cruise director did a wonderful job keeping everyone entertained. The service on the ship is outstanding, all the employees do everything they can to make sure you have a great cruise. I must agree with a few other reviewers that food quality has slipped over the past couple years. Seems to me that the corporation has been cutting corners on the food quality. Meals in the main dining room is a hit or miss sort of situation. Sometimes quite good and other times it is a real disappointment. The corporation puts your happiness on the shoulders of the waiters. They expect if you don't like the food to complain to the waiters and get something else. I think they need to improve the food and not blame the waiters for your dissatisfaction. Still a lovely trip but not as good as it was before.
