We have taken two cruises on the NCL Breakaway in the Haven. Both times I came back raving about how great the Haven was, so my parents asked if I could take them on a cruise for their 62nd wedding anniversary in that "special part of the ship" that you like. Of course I went to work looking in to cruises because I love to cruise!

It did not take long to narrow the search down to the Breakaway to Bermuda on 10/23/2016. My father had never been on a cruise and was not sure if he would like it so I figured being parked in Bermuda for three days would be good if he did not like being on the ship. It was a good choice. They loved Bermuda.

I ended up booking the cruise for my parents who are in their 80's, my husband who is 64, myself in my late 50's and my 21 year old son. We booked early and got a 2 bedroom suite, room number 16720. I chose this room for two reasons, private balcony and this is the room closest to the Haven bar! If you are going to have the drink package then you might as well be only a few steps from the bar.
