We flew to San Juan 3 days before the cruise left.  My wife and I stayed at the Marriott Stelleris.  I wouldn't recommend it, and I stay at Marriott's lot (Platinum Elite).  Two other couples who went with us felt the same way.  Rooms had a dank humid feeling.  Sheets and floor were constantly damp.  Hotel is showing age.  Not worth the price or 4 stars.  I rented a car, because I played golf each day and wife and I then went shopping in old San Juan.Embarkation- In a word easy.  We got on the ship at 2:00pm.  If the whole process took 15 minutes, it was at best the most.We booked a mini suite and it was okay.  I think Carnival's mini's are a little bigger.  Our balconey had dropped paint all over the chairs and floor.  It was dry, but messy. We signed up for the Santuary.  Probably the best part of the ship.  A very private, quiet getaway that offers attentive service as well as very comfortable lounges.  They will bring your lunch up to the area as well as drinks.  There is shaded areas as well as sunny.  There is an adult pool just below, as well as whirlpools.Movie screen out at the pool was clear and great way to watch a relatively new movie under the sun or stars.Dinner- Food in the Crown Grill was the best. We ate there multiple times.  Well worth the money.  Sabatini's was good, but not great.  The dining room, anytime Coral room was okay.  The breakfasts were very limiting in time that you could get served.  Coffee was great in the Piazza area.Entertainment-Poor at best.  Staging was nowhere.  Staff- To a fault, each and every one was pleasant and helpful and really went that extra mile to satisfy, and to be sincere while doing it. I'm a golfer, and I always play off the ship in ports.  We couldn't play in St Thomas because they had prebooked a tournament.  Not really the ships fault.  Antigua, is another story.  It was at best a dog pasture.  Very muddy and a not very attractive stop, especially charging $130 to play this mess.  Bermuda was a fun stop since the Belmont Hills course has been redone and is a nice tight layout. Demarkation- Also great.  We were off the shipbefore 9:00am.All in all a nice week and a beautiful ship.

Cabin Review

Cabin AD

Bed was comfortable.  Flat screen TV's were a nice addition.  Balconey was a mess.  Dried paint on chairs, floors.  Bathroom was small for a mini suite.  Lots of storage space.
