Cabin: Balcony

We wanted a quick, short cruise to just get away. We could drive to NY so we selected this cruise. We were uncertain about cruising on the Regal as the size is getting to be more than we like. We love the Ruby, Emerald, Caribbean, etc, because of the smaller passenger size. We always get to know the service staff and they get to know us. We were told by some other cruisers who had been on the Regal that it seemed too big and more impersonal. But decided to give it a try.

The ship is lovely!! The food was what we expect from Princess. The entertainment was top notch. The various venues were attractive and easily accessible. A slight 'negative' was some of the staff in the dining room seemed a bit aloof. The other 'negative' is that the balcony is small. We like the size of the balcony on the Caribe deck on the smaller ships. Hard to find a balcony that size on this ship. Would we sail on this ship again? YES we would. Too many other positives.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BA

Cabin was more than adequate. Not large, but we were only on board for 5 nights. The balcony is quite small, unlike those on the Caribe decks on the other ships we like. Difficult to find a balcony of that size on tis ship.
