Well let me tell you about my vacation on your cruise line. #1 I am a large man and my wife likes baths so I called to see if the staterooms had a bathtub I was told that none of them did which my wife said would be ok so I inquired about the size of the shower I was told it was a regular size shower so I asked does that mean they are all standard 4'x4' they replied yes I decided I would have to deal with this. when I checked in I found the shower to be about 2'x2' and even smaller because the shower curtain was on an angle talked to guest services they said nothing they could do as the ship was sold out truth or lie i don't know. I talked to me steward he was able to get me a hand held shower wand installed which gave me some sort of a working shower for me .

#2 The bed in the room was as hard as a rock the first morning we got up my back hurt so bad I was very uncomfortable I asked the steward if they had something they could put on the bed he found some foam and this helped a bit but my wife and I had sore backs the entire trip.

#3 The chairs in the buffet were a little small for me because of the arms so I asked a supervisor in a green coat if he was able to get me a chair with no arms he said no problem when he came back with a chair from the deck I had no problem with that till he said if I wanted a chair like this I should sit out on the deck for breakfast I was so embarrassed and was not going to ask for this again this really made my wife mad and so she told me she was on deck one day and saw a man named Fernando in a white coat she told him the story he said to her he would give him a washing (funny term) and this must have happened because if that buffet boss saw me after that he brought me a chair otherwise I just sucked it up in the regular chairs.
