Keep in mind, this was my TENTH cruise on Carnival and 15th overall.
I understand there have been cutbacks in the past year, but on this specific cruise the service just got worse by the day. Listed below are the issues that either girls in my group or myself encountered:
· I never even met our room steward. Had no idea what his name was!
