Two things completely spoiled this cruise for us ... and the powers that be on Voyager seemingly couldn't have cared less.
Tendering: Getting ashore at Port Douglas, Yorkeys Knob and Airlie Beach was a complete shambles. Total queuing time for my wife and I was a staggering 10 hours over the three days. The captain on his travels around the ship on his electric scooter (yes, electric scooter!) refused to discuss the problem with passengers. And when the subject was raised during his question-and-answer stage presentation to passengers he glossed over it with the feeble excuse of "regulations". Strange that every other cruise line we have been on seem to manage to get it right at these ports. Complaints at the Passenger Services Desk were politely received with promises that an officer would get back to us. Nobody ever did, despite several reminders to the desk. Not good enough, Royal Caribbean!
My Time Dining: Despite booking 18 months in advance and double checking that this was ok, upon boarding we were denied My Time Dining at dinner time. We were offered tables for late evening (which would have virtually meant bedtime upon completion of the meal) or 5.30 in the late afternoon. The fact I am diabetic who has strict rules regarding food intake was of no concern to them. Not good enough Royal Caribbean!
Very pleasant and always kept clean. Nice balcony. Kettle and cups supplied and tea bags no problem. Coffee sachets ... forget it! Shower water bubbling up into bathroom, but quickly fixed when mentioned to cabin steward. No nightly turn down service for bed clothing ... already done when bed made in the mornings. Adequate storage space. Had to ask for hair shampoo, conditioner and body lotion as these items are not supplied automatically ... on only request.
