We cannot say enough about the cruise we took from Budapest to Nuremburg. The crew were exceptional - friendly, helpful and efficient. Our cabin with the Panoramic balcony was well designed and comfortable. There was even a line in the shower making it possible to do laundry each night. The food at every meal was delicious with complimentary wine and beer at lunch and dinner. We particularly liked that there was open seating at meals, so we could mix with different people each day. At each port, a guided walking tour gave an overview of the old town, but there was always enough free time to wander and explore for ourselves. The entertainment before or after dinner always reflected the country through which we were travelling. The fact that everything, including gratuities, was included in the initial price, meant that we did not have to worry about a big bill at the end of the cruise. Our next river cruise will certainly be with Emerald!
