This ship is in need of a makeover. Old and worn through out ship.

It took us 3 days to get wine glasses delivered to our room, 2 days to get a room service menu for our room. Beds were hard and past use. They kept old bedding in bags under bed.

We could not get hold of our Princess agent to get the credits that were due us, the Customer Service desk did not believe us and said we had to prove it with paper work from agent, luckily we had it, then it took 5 days on the cruise for our credits to show up.

Didn't see our main Steward for three days, always someone else. This is not what we've expierenced on previous cruises.
