Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Our cabin had a lot of deficiencies that really upset me. We had no sit on the room (other than the bed) we asked and we were told that it had broken and they were not able to get us a replacement. we asked housekeeping to open the mini bar so we could use the mini fridge to store milk for our kids (they only had cold milk during breakfast buffet), when I opened the fridge the door was broken and when asked about it, the room attendant said that it has been reported 2 or 3 cruises ago but it hasn't been repaired. One of the bunk beds had a piece of metal sticking out that we had to put something on it to cover it so that our kid would not scratch while climbing up to bed. I know that in other cruise lines, they would either change us cabin or just don't use that cabin for other guests if those things where not fixed. At one point we ran out of toilet paper and we had to chase down the room attendant to get one (that should be something for them to be on top of).

Port Reviews

San Juan

Since the cruise spends the entire day in San Juan (and we are from Puerto Rico), we rented a car for the day and drove around the area. We had a great time.

St. Maarten

We did not do the cruise excursion, we took a taxi to the Butterfly Farm, and then went to Orient Beach. It was great and the lady that took us to those places was great as well.
