We love cruising & find Celebrity meets our preferences well. Staff are caring, helpful & fun. Food is excellent & shows are usually very good, especially production casts. Places visited were pretty & interesting. By way of criticism, we were on this ship 5 years ago & despite a refit found its finish was dark & not as bright as other ships in the fleet. We were disappointed that prices are noticeably increased & costs are being cut. The programme of events from Oct'2015 shows twice as many daily activities as Oct'2016. Bar staff tips are now 18%! Menu choices are reduced, eg. only two new dessert options at dinner now. Excursion prices are too high. Pay per view movies on tv are $15, exorbitant! Many 'discounted' sales goods (special offers) are cheap & of poor standard. New policy to offer 2nd passenger half price conceals overall increase! So, changes deserve to be criticised. The company needs to reconsider. However, it is still a great holiday experience. We have already booked our next cruise on the Reflection in 2017. Thank you for opportunity to raise these issues.
