Tips taken at the beginning of the cruise not at the end, no refund for bad service, Food on the ship was always cold in all restaurants, Also some meets under cooked,My wife suffered with sickness and diarrhoea onboard, The cabin shower was filthy, the toilet brush was caked in faeces took 2 days to replace the brush,We washed out the toilet by hand, Paint was pealing and bubbling off the walls and the sink,Witch had been painted over many/many times, The bedside table had broken drawers we fixed, This is purely a booze cruise for the spainish, All entertainment is for the spainish, Not for mixed nationalities,The ship is old and tired and needs a total reform, This was a 25th wedding anniversary gift for my wife, It was the worst experience of our lives, We will never cruise with pullmantur ie the zenith, hope this will stop this company taking advantage of any more of there clientele.
