We just returned from an amazing week aboard the Pride of America. We went with my in-laws. Ages 53 to 78. We all loved it. I read many reviews prior to going on and was a little worried about the service of the staff from previous reviews BUT there was NO worries.
From beginning to end, we were greeted, treated and pampered with a warm welcome and smile on their faces.
Our room was extremely clean with fun towel characters when we returned each day.. We stayed in room 4094. We had a window. One thing I read was the windows were not clean. No it wasn't spotless but we could see out of it though. My guess is if they wash them every week, once you set sail, they will be dirty anyway. But, I'm not a picky person when it comes to clean windows. I enjoyed having a window to peek out. It was cool to watch the waves.
This was perfect for us. This was the first time we splurged and had a window. We have always done inside cabins. To us, it was worth being able to open the window and look outside.
