We just came off a one week cruise as part off a group of 10, We waiting 3 days to meet our cabin steward who didn't even bother to change towels for the last two days of the cruise. We only found 1 restaurant that had good service and that was the Irish Pub. the first two days we eat in the main dinning room which became a 2 hour breakfast or a 3 1/2 hour dinner , One night one the waiter rolled his eyes when someone asked for mashed potato's over fry's. During the whole trip we were not approached by waiter's for drinks and wait times 20 to 25 min for a drink at the bars. We also had restaurant staff loose are card twice and we waited in long lines to replace them , I don't need wait staff giving me attitude during meals. The group from Richmond Hill not happy traveler
