I have been on many cruises and many previous Royal Caribbean cruises but this was my first cruise on Anthem.

The embarkation was not to bad. Was a little confusing because there were not a lot of signs directing you where to go. There were a bunch of people standing outside with tablets but no one telling you what to do. We went in the building and once we got in the building it was a breeze. Evidently all those people with tablets were checking people in outside, but there was hardly anyone inside checking in. We got checked in and were on the ship in less than 30 minutes from arriving at the port.

The cabin was nice, but seemed a little smaller than other Royal Caribbean balcony cabins. Really did like that the shower in the bathroom had a door and was not just a curtain.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Nice cabin. Smaller than other Royal Caribbean balcony cabins. Bathroom was nice with an actual door on the shower versus a curtain.
