Cabin: Balcony

Always wanted to give Princess a try, but she fell short for us. Balcony cabin was very small. Bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen. Couldn't get dressed in there, and shower knobs were broken. Our fridge was broken, and the beds were hard. We could see and feel the hard coils on the mattress. We had asked our steward to separate the beds ( a previous online request not delivered). He was not friendly and complained that if everyone had this request, the rooms would never be ready for the next group. When we called him about the shower knobs, he said he would be there in 15 minutes...never saw him until next day.

This ship is new, but fell short of feeling this way. Elevators were slow and no stairs at mid-ship.

On the plus side, the food and food service is outstanding. Love how waiters brought beverages to you at the Horizon Court on Lido Deck 16. The food variety was terrific. We ate dinner in Symphony Anytime Dining and reserved Table 5 every night so we could have the outstanding service from Grisana and Gabrielle.

Way too small. Bathroom tiny. Steward Carlo unfriendly.
