I am an ex customer service manager and you have to get things 100% right to get 10. You got things 60% so you get 6. Main problems were : cockroaches in the shower ( -4), staff English problems (-1), missing Lifou stop with no compensation (-1), no Australian response by company to my problems (-1) expensive shore tours (-0) Shark Shack kids release documentation inadequate (-0). Bonus plus points for missing Lifou stop as due to safety concerns ( +2) Cruise soft drink package (+1).
Cannot fault the stewards 100% to those guys. I would pay them more ! The room was only average due to cockroaches in the shower, bunk beds that rattled when engine changed occurred, the décor was average, the window needed cleaning on the outside.
The ship décor varied from good to average, I know it's a big ship but they said it had been recently refitted so finding rust here and there sort of threw me....
Right near the engine, crews quarters.
Avoid if you can.
