The travel from Spokane and Embarkation process was very efficient. The stay at the Davenport hotel was the highlight of the trip. Cabins on board the Empress were adequate and the beds were comfortable. The cabins were clean, well appointed and good size for the length of the cruise. The staff onboard was attentive and engaging . The Hop on, hop off excursion process was efficient but really not much interesting to see at each port. The enrichment presentations with Mary were very well presented and enjoyed by all. The entertainment with Greg and Lindy was very good for the size and location of this cruise. This 7 night cruise could have been done in 4 nights. It is Very slow paced. Dining service staff were well-trained and the table presentation was high quality. For me, this cruise was not a good value and did not meet my expectation. Don't need to do this trip a second time.
