We cruised on Empress of the seas which is one of the smaller ships but the experience was terrific. Everyone from the room attendant to the people in the spa to the bartenders and food servers are so friendly and welcoming, we could not have asked for a better vacation. There was also a great show on the third night a female singer that did a tribute to Whitney Houston and her voice was amazing.

The food was great I don't think I have eaten so much food in my life. the first night we went to chops and the steaks are very tender the desert was so outstanding I went for a second piece on the last night. The staff in the dinning room was very hospitable and made us feel like we were at home, our server was name Arjay and he and his assistant made sure we tried new foods that we have never tasted before.

We have been home for one day and we are already looking for the next cruise on the Empress of the seas.
