We loved the trip. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. They remembered our names. Even in the ship stores! I was traveling with my dad and my 3 1/2 year old son. We had a balcony room. We didn't have any issues during our stay.
Our embarkation was pretty quick. There was a small line that went fast. We choose to board at 2pm. I figured the rush would be over by then. We went straight to our room to drop off our carry on's and then explore.
To my surprise, my cabin was decorated and we had several gifts waiting for us. It was a nice touch to offer so many different things that we could/ or someone else could have delivered to us. Other cruise lines (such as Disney) do not have so many options. I love to have drinks in the room (water, soda, etc) to make it easier.
