NORO VIRUS. .....all...firstly the bad bits ....Kids in the Jacuzzis some with nappies ....reported to the staff NOTHING DONE ( WASTE OF TIME)....then two days later NORO VIRUS. ...on board..so last two days of our week away was not enjoyable.....the staff were handing your food ...cups....cutlery. ..that type of thing.....hurendous. ....disgusting smell everywhere because of this NORO VIRUS..air circulation machines throughout the corridors. ....NOT the week we wanted or had....TUI.. ( THOMPSON. ..) YOU ARE USELESS...toilets on every other floor....so up or down from the restaurant and some show halls...no gluten free foods at the snack bars ..lots of people asking to no avail..cigarettes and e cigs only allowed on certain decks ....LAUGHABLE....e cigs everywhere...

Now good bits.......food ok...good verify on drinks.....thats it ......the other ships thompson have are better run with much nicer food..the only good thing was because its a new ship for thompson it was clean and had that new feel about it...shows were good but drinks were very slow to come around to be served...
