My overall experience was very good. It was a little disorganized when we embarked...but not necessarily related to Norwegian. My wife and I were happy with the cabin. At first we were thinking that the 5th deck would be too low, but since there is know restaurants or entertainment venues on that level, it was nice and quiet. The food choices, entertainment and activities were very good. This was my second Norwegian cruise (many years in between), and I definitely believe they try to provide exceptional customer service. The fitness center was excellent, with many choices to stay in shape. If I have to complain about anything, it would be that the ultimate beverage package does not include bottled water. Overall though the experience was great, and i definitely would cruise on Norwegian again. They kept you well informed of activities, and definitely tried to accommodate any request my wife and I had.
