From the time we booked this Emerald river cruise we knew this was going to be a wonderful adventure. The attention to detail, very professional, wonderful and sincere communication, from all staff were above expectations, this our first trip to Europe and a river cruise, memories to last for ever. We started our adventure with a flight from Adelaide Australia, along with 20 other guests, to Frankfurt then onto Prague for a 3 night stay at the lovely Yasmin Hotel. Our local guide organiser, Helena was super, just a lovely person, who had surprises every day, on our 3 days, then bus trip onto Budapest, where she handed over to Patricia, Emerald Sky Cruise Director, just another super person, one of the best, attention to datail again, well done,

embarkation very good onto Emerald Sky, cabin alloacation then a wonderful dinner, followed by a bonus, fire works at 9 pm, St. Stephens Birthday, stop over in Budapest over night, tours next day, then start cruising, 14 days up to Amsterdam. The Ship, Captain and crew, cruise Staff were fantastic, tours every day were wonderful, excellent local tour guides, very good with local knowledge, well spoken and very humorous, just a bonus. Meals were very good, wine with all meals, never an empty glass, staff could not do enough for us. Cabins were great, we stayed on the lower deck, beds we very good, cabin staff were fantastic. Scenery was ausome, towns and villages, wonderful variety of customs. Thanks to all Staff at Emerald, Evergreen, you excecced expectations, thanks so very much.
