When I first read the reviews about the Escape before we booked, I was a bit skeptical. Now that I've be on her, in my humble opinion, those bad reviews were dead wrong. The Escape is an absolutely fabulous ship. It was just myself and my wife and we are in our early 50's.

Embarkation and Disembarkation was easy. We arrived early enough to be one of the first groups allowed to board. That was around 11:30am. Our room was ready a little after 1pm but we were too busy exploring the ship and didn't get there till around 2pm.

It is very easy to navigate around the ship, once you get your bearings, and we never felt crowded even though we had over 4200 passengers on board. Even at the pool where previous reviews stated that "oh, I could never get chairs" blah blah blah... We never had a problem finding chairs. They may not have been right next to the pool, but we found them. Well, I will say that the buffet can get a bit busy during peak times.
