Great staff and crew but felt that if you didn't purchase a beverage package there was limited availability of complimentary drinks. Also after 1 pm your only choice is room service with a charge between midnight and 5 am.

Room was comfortable enough but could use an updating. It also was very very noisy all through the night. We discovered we were under the dining/kitchen. Others near us also experienced the same. Public areas seemed more up to date and were much nicer.

Plenty of fun activities to either participate in or just watch. I particularly like the solarium pool and whirlpools. Water was always warm as was the air temperature. It was also nice having the cafe in there so that refreshments were readily available.

furnishings needed updating, bed was very hard and very very noisy all night long. discovered we were under the dining room. There was constant moving of furniture, dropping things even at 2 or 3 am.
