This was our 10th cruise, the first with the RoyalCaribbean and Voyager of the Seas.I have NEVER queued so much in my life on a holiday. The customer services counter had 6 positions, but only 4 were ever staffedat one time and in the evening it was only 2 positions staffed. The staff were untrained and constantly having to consult each other as to how to proceed with the problems that they were to resolve.the minimum that i HAD TO WAIT WAS 35 MINUTES THE MOST WAS 50 MINUTES.
The Saphire restaurant on our first morning had no bacon on display or croisantsand took forever to replenish them due to staff shortages, after this we decided to breakfast inthe Windjammer restaurant, unfortunately so did lots of others leading to more queues
We had various arguments as British subjects, regarding our visas for Vietnam, and the charges for these, eventually thewe proved due to a print out from the foreign and colonaial office that we did not need a visa
THE CABIN WAS ADEQUATE BUT DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE BED IT WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE DRAWERS ON THE DRESSING TABLE
