This was our first cruise, selected because we wanted to see Hawaii and Pearl Harbour.

We had already been to LA and seen a bit but thought we could go to the Iowa and Queen Mary, which we did...

Boarding was quite laborious and drawn out, but apparently the norm, and anyway I'd arranged for an expensive bottle of champagne to be delivered to our stateroom outside cabin...or so I thought?

Cabin BF

Cabin was clean and tidy and quite spacious, but noisy in the very early morning with the sound of scraping above...also with high seas, a loud shudder ran through the cabin.

Shower and facilities were good, and apart from the shower head being a bit low, it all worked...ps refurbish will be due soon..and no minibar.
