That was my first cruise ever and I did not know what to expect. After reading some bad reviews I was a bit concerned as I am very fussy about cleanliness and service so my expectation was not very high. I was on the Aurora package and I must say I was very nicely surprised. There was not one thing I would not have liked. The cabin was very clean, modern and well designed. The bathroom was spotless. The ship was beautiful and very clean. I could see staff always polishing the handrails, lifts, windows etc. The spa was very clean and I was enjoying it every day. The buffet food was maybe not spectacular but very tasty and lots of it. Dining in the restaurant each night was a very pleasant experience and the food was always beautiful. Waiters were very professional, nice and polite. They really treated us with respect. I was treated like I was a VIP.

I could not believe how quick the embarkation went and how well organised everything was.

I don't know what is wrong with some people who give MSC such bad reviews, but there will always be some who see the glass half empty no matter what they do or where they are.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Excellent cabin. Very clean and well planned. Bathroom was spotless and very practical. The bed was very comfortable. It has got a luxuries feel for sure. The balcony had a good size. In overall I was very happy.
