We quite enjoyed our short (4 night) cruise on Pacific Aria to Hamilton Island. However, after this recent trip and a previous North Queensland cruise on Pacific Dawn, we must say we are not great fans of P&O Australia and that we are unlikely to travel with them again.

Pacific Aria is in reasonable condition for an older ship and it appears that most of the earlier problems that were reported in the first few months of its Australian deployment have been sorted out.

Embarkation and dis-embarkation were both very well organised and the crew that we encountered were almost without exception courteous and friendly.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Our Deck 10 cabin was nice, with good facilities inside the cabin (apart from the small, old tv). We appreciated the large balcony.
