My daughter wanted to celebrate her 21st birthday on a cruise so we selected the 7-day Inside Passage Cruise from Seattle to Alaska. The cruise was absolutely wonderful. Every employee we were in contact with were friendly, courteous and helpful. We absolutely loved our mini suite. Our room stewart Ricky was heaven sent. We felt like celebrities in our cabin with empicable service. Dining was also great. We appreciated the hand sanitizer station at the entry of the buffet with a host standing there to make sure everyone sanitized their hands before a plate (or platter) was handed to them! As for regular dining, we opted for the anytime dining. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. We had a great time with the dining room staff. We had the all-inclusive drink package which I highly recommend drinkers purchase. On sea days there was plenty to do. We played bingo, worked out in the gym, went to the spa and salon and tried our luck in the casino. We walked the promenade deck daily for fresh air and a look at the ocean. Unfortunately, it was raining at every port, however we enjoyed our land tours which we booked direct thru Princess Cruises. I've read many negative reviews about Princess Cruises. I have absolutely no idea why people would be unhappy with Princess Cruises. My group of six had the best time of our lives on the Ruby Princess thanks to it's staff and crew. We are looking foward to our next cruise on Princess Cruises.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

we loved out mini suite cabin. it was larger than we expected. Our room steward Ricky greeted us on day one and made sure our room was made in the mornings before we came back from breakfast and covers turned down every night before bed. we loved the added touch of chocolates on our pillows. we always had fresh ice in the fridge and plenty of clean towels and toiletries. we couldn't have asked for more.
