Our travel agent suggested Emerald and we were very happy with our cruise! The meals were excellent with a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent. All the crew members were very friendly and always willing to help you. They always greeted you with a smile and spoke to you. The ship was kept very clean and the employees were always cleaning.Our cabins were very roomy with lots of drawers and closet room. Our cruise director Jana was excellent and kept us updated on what was happening. We really enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings with Norbert on the piano. The highlight entertainment was the talent show put on by the crew members. All the staff really seemed to enjoy their job which made our experience so great! We were very impressed how the Captain welcomed us on the cruise and how he spoke with everyone. The tour guides were very organized and knowledgeable. Our transfers went well and we were treated very well. We would highly recommend Emerald!
