We chose this cruise because of our experience with RCCL and the itinerary. We are avid cruises and have cruised several different lines. We feel RCCL provides the best overall product however we had read some unsettling reviews on Cruise Critic for the Anthem of the Seas. Luckily shortly after boarding all our worries disappeared as my wife ad I had an amazing vacation experience.

The ship is beautiful and modern. "Smart Ship" it is with ipads located throughout the ship to keep informed on ship activities, show, dinner and shore excursion bookings etc. There are wash stations along with hand sanitizers at the Windjammer entrance to wash hands. Push buttons to enter and exit public restrooms.

The redesign of the cabin layout is genius. So much more room and ease for getting around/ storage. Kudos. Read more
